PHYSICAL EDUCATION
PE is required twice a week and supplemented in middle school by a variety of physically active electives. The PE department awards good sportsmanship ribbons monthly during chapel, hosts a Field Day the last week of school, prepares students for Presidential Physical Fitness testing.
The PE department hosts the annual Fun Run in February which has become a popular event in running circles and an excellent fund-raiser for our PE department. It is a lot of fun for HNES families and friends.

EXTREME SPORTS
Holy Nativity Episcopal School is excited to offer four sports in the Extreme Sports 2016-2017 Lineup:
Co-Ed Soccer
Co-Ed Basketball
Co-Ed Flag Football
The purpose of the Extreme Sports league is to provide a fun environment where Holy Nativity students can participate in a variety of sporting events on a recreational level and enjoy ample playing time. Good sportsmanship is a key component of this league and will be expected of all players, coaches, parents, and spectators at all times.
Extreme Sports is an optional after school activity open to all students in grades Kindergarten through 5th Grade. The practices are held weekly during the season on our campus. We have fun competing against other local private schools in our area.
Registration Fee: $25.00 for the first sport and $15.00 for each additional sport.
Middle School Sports
HNES, in order to comply with the FHSAA rules, allows our middle school students to participate in their zoned public school sports' programs. Our students do try out for middle school sports in Bay District and are welcomed to the teams.
