Tuition Payments Through SMART = 9 or 10 monthly installments $51.00 annual SMART Fee
Tuition payments may be divided into 10 Monthly Installments, June 2020 through March 2021 or 9 Monthly Installments, June through March, skipping the registration month of February.
For returning families, re-enrollment in SMART will remain on your current schedule unless you contact the business office no later than May 15th with instructions to change plans . You may only change payment schedules one time each year, before May 15th for the next school year. All payments are to be made payable to SMART Tuition Management, Inc. New families wishing to make monthly payments are responsible for completing the SMART enrollment form. There is an annual fee of $51 per family. Enrollment information for this program is available through the school business office.
BASE (BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT)
Tuition covers the hours of instruction (Jr. Pre-K & Pre-K, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; K & 1st Grade, 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM; 2nd Grade through 8th Grade, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM). There is an additional 15 minutes of supervision allotted for pick-up time.
Students at school before or after these hours will attend the Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program which is billed on an hourly basis. BASE is available between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM in the morning and after school until 5:30 PM The cost is $5.25 per hour.
Holy Nativity proudly offers hot, nutritious lunches prepared and delivered daily by Golden Corral. Fresh fruit and vegetables are included in the daily menu. Along with the main entrée, students have additional choices of Fried Chicken Leg meal, Breakfast meal, a grilled cheese and veggies meal, or a vegetarian meal for $5.00 each, salads or additional options for $5.75 each. Milk or juice is available for $.75. These selections are subject to change.
Classes at Holy Nativity often participate in field trips planned to enhance the curriculum. These field trips can be an additional expense for the students. Parents and grandparents are always welcome to attend HNES field trips. In addition, there are annual field trips for specific levels:
4th grade travels to St. Augustine to support learning Florida History: $600.00 per person (Approximate cost)
5th grade travels to Boston to support learning The American Revolution: $1,300- $1400 per person (Approximate cost)
6th grade travels to Space Camp in Huntsville, AL: $350 per person (Approximate cost)
7th grade travels to Washington D.C. to support learning Civics: $1,200 per person (Approximate cost)
8th Grade travels to New York City to support learning American History: $1,200 per person (Approximate cost)

Fundraising activities are planned throughout the year. Participation is optional.
Applications are completely confidential and filed through the National Association of Independent Schools, School Student Services (SSS). Their fee is $49. Returning students' financial aid application has a recommended deadline of March 8, 2019. Financial Aid Applications are accepted at any time; however, awards may not be available for submissions after this deadline.
