Tuition Payments Through FACTS
= 9 or 10 monthly installments $50.00 annual Fee
Tuition payments may be divided into 10 Monthly Installments, June 2022 through March 2023 or 9 Monthly Installments, June through March, skipping the registration month of February.
BASE (BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT)
Tuition covers the hours of instruction (Jr. Pre-K & Pre-K, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; K & 1st Grade, 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM; 2nd Grade through 8th Grade, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM). There is an additional 15 minutes of supervision allotted for pick-up time.
Students at school before or after these hours will attend the Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program which is billed on an hourly basis. BASE is available between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM in the morning and after school until 5:30 PM The cost is $5.25 per hour.
LUNCH COSTS
Lunch Menu
Lunches are $7.00 and milk or juice is $.75. (Prices are subject to change, if needed, to adjust for any vendor increases for the school year 2022-2023.) Lunch and BASE bills are charged monthly via email and listed under "Family Billing" on your Parent Web account.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Classes at Holy Nativity often participate in field trips planned to enhance the curriculum. These field trips can be an additional expense for the students. Parents and grandparents are always welcome to attend HNES field trips. In addition, there are annual field trips for specific levels:
4th grade travels to St. Augustine to support learning Florida History: $600 per person (estimated cost)
5th grade travels to Boston to support learning The American Revolution: $950 per person (estimated cost)
6th grade travels to support earth, space, and environmental science; $350 per person (estimated cost)
7th grade travels to Washington D.C. to support learning Civics: $950 per person (estimated cost)
8th Grade travels to New York City to support learning American History: $1,050 per person (estimated cost)

FUNDRAISERS
Fundraising activities are planned throughout the year. Participation is optional and encouraged.
FINANCIAL AID
Applications are completely confidential and filed through the National Association of Independent Schools, School Student Services (SSS). Their fee is $55. Returning students' financial aid application has a recommended deadline of March 4, 2022. Financial Aid Applications are accepted at any time; however, awards may not be available for submissions after this deadline.
