Tuition Payments Through FACTS
= 9 or 10 monthly installments (Incurs a $50.00 FACTS fee)
Tuition payments may be divided into 10 Monthly Installments, June 2023 through March 2024 or 9 Monthly Installments, June through March, skipping the registration month of January.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT (BASE)
Tuition covers the hours of instruction (Jr. Pre-K & Pre-K, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; K & 1st Grade, 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM; 2nd Grade through 8th Grade, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM). There is an additional 15 minutes of supervision allotted for pick-up time.
Students at school before or after these hours will attend the BASE program which is billed on an hourly basis. BASE is available before school between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and after school until 5:30 PM. The cost is $7 per hour.
LUNCH COSTS
Lunch is $8 per meal and milk/juice is $1.00. (Prices are subject to change due to vendor increases). Lunch and BASE bills are charged monthly and listed under "Family Billing" on your Parent Web account.
FIELD TRIPS
Classes at Holy Nativity often participate in local field trips planned to enhance their grade level curriculum. These field trips can be an additional expense for the students. Parents and grandparents are always welcome to attend HNES field trips.
In addition, there are annual field trips for specific levels:
4th grade travels to St. Augustine to support learning Florida History:
$600* per person
5th grade travels to Boston to support learning The American Revolution:
$1,050* per person
6th grade travels to support earth, space, and environmental science;
$675* per person
7th grade travels to Washington D.C. to support learning Civics:
$950* per person
8th Grade travels to New York City to support learning American History:
$1,300* per person

FUNDRAISERS
Fundraising activities are planned throughout the year. Participation is optional and encouraged.
FINANCIAL AID
Applications are completely confidential and filed through the National Association of Independent Schools, School Student Services (SSS). Their fee is $55. Returning students' financial aid application has a recommended deadline of March 4, 2023. Financial Aid Applications are accepted at any time; however, awards may not be available for submissions after this deadline.
