Fuller’s News Flash
Dear Families,
We had a great week as we returned to our "normal" school start and departure times. The students seemed to have adjusted well and were excited about the positive change. We will not be following the Bay District School's calendar for Columbus Day, and we will continue to have that date off from school. Enjoy your long weekend with your family, and we will see you on Tuesday!

**No School Monday – Columbus Day
**Summer Reading awards during Chapel Oct. 13th & 14th
"The students are working hard in the library this year and transitioning to the online library platform well. Summer reading logs are due by September 30th and should be a list from your child's summer reading progress. Summer reading awards will be handed out October 13th and 14th during the student's regular chapel time and I want to make sure I have all of my readers on the list! Please reach out with any questions and I will be happy to help facilitate reading in any way! - Ms. Presser"
**Retake Picture Day Oct. 28th
As soon as pictures arrive from the photographer, they will be sent home.
**Please look over the school pictures.
**Students who were absent or are unhappy with their original pictures may have their pictures taken on this day. These photos will be used in the yearbook and any color uniform may be worn. (If Wednesday is your Chapel day, you may bring a different color shirt for the picture.)
**If you did not order pictures and would like to, there are order forms in the office.
**All original unsatisfactory photographs must be turned in to your child's teacher by Monday, October 26th in order for your child to be eligible for a retake.
**YEARBOOK Ads
Yearbook ADs are available for the 20/21 school year. Yearbook. ADs are a wonderful way to honor Kindergarten, Fifth Grade, and Eighth Grade graduates, other students, teachers and staff, and businesses. There are a limited number of AD pages, so please reserve your AD space as soon as possible. The yearbook AD form is available online and at the front office. If you have any questions about the yearbook ADs, please contact me. I will be glad to help. Ms. Darcey and I will be glad to set up your AD or you can submit a camera-ready copy.
The deadline for AD reservations is Monday, Dec. 14, 2020.

**COVID protocols with Birthday and Party Treats:
*Individualized prepacked items are easiest or items that can be passed out by classroom teachers while wearing gloves.
*Remember no nuts allowed.
*No communal sharing of items without gloves.
