**The Ice Cream Machine – Thursday, November 5th (please note date change)
The ice cream truck is coming to HNES!!! Bring $3 to purchase ice cream or a popsicle. All grades will be able to participate.
**Square 1 Art Announcement
Dear Parents,
The Square 1 Art order deadline is November 4, 2020. Your child’s beautiful artwork has been sent home this week. Please send order form with payment to school or place orders online no later than 11/4/20.
Thank you so much for your participation! This is the sole fundraiser for Art class supplies. Thanks again!

**Veterans’ Day Chapels – Tuesday, November 10th
8:20 3K - 3rd grades
8:45 4th - 8th grades
Note: All grades will have chapel on Tuesday. School will be closed Wednesday, November 11th for Veterans’ Day.

the week after Veterans Day Chapel, services will be back to our updated times:

**Box Tops News:
No more clipping! Well, almost. There are still some products that have box tops coupons on them, but General Mills is moving toward shoppers scanning their receipt through the box tops app ONLY. Find it under Box Tops for Education in your app stores.
Please send in the UN-expired coupons and I will send them off, but if you go to BTFE.com you can send them in yourselves now. Download the app--it is so easy to scan a receipt. The app will remind you if you choose that setting. So easy to get extra money for the school! We've lost hundreds of dollars due to this transition. Please download the app and scan your receipts!! Every dime counts!

**YEARBOOK Ads
The deadline for AD reservations is Monday, Dec. 14, 2020.
Yearbook ADs are available for the 20/21 school year. Yearbook. ADs are a wonderful way to honor Kindergarten, Fifth Grade, and Eighth Grade graduates, other students, teachers and staff, and businesses. There are a limited number of AD pages, so please reserve your AD space as soon as possible. The yearbook AD form is available online and at the front office. If you have any questions about the yearbook ADs, please contact me. I will be glad to help. Ms. Darcey and I will be glad to set up your AD or you can submit a camera-ready copy.

*Individualized prepacked items are easiest or items that can be passed out by classroom teachers while wearing gloves.
*Remember no nuts allowed.
*No communal sharing of items without gloves.
